On December 6, 2006 California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the appointment of Stephen M. Pulido to a judgeship in the Alameda County Superior Court.
Pulido, 53, of who lives Pleasanton, has been in private practice in Hayward, specializing in family law since 1998. Previously, he practiced with Browner, Pulido & Sheehan, a small family law firm from 1978 to 1998. Pulido earned a Juris Doctorate degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley. He fills the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge James Richman to the Court of Appeal. Pulido is a Democrat.
The compensation for this position is $158,201.
